LegalMatters is a podcast and media platform providing interviews, discussions, commentary and journalistic content relating to legal, political and social matters.

The Service may include:

  • Live video broadcasts

  • Recorded video replays

  • Audio podcast episodes

Nothing published or discussed constitutes:

3. Live content and availability

Live broadcasts are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability

  • Absence of technical interruptions

  • Immediate availability of audio versions after live broadcasts

Audio podcast episodes are typically made available after live broadcasts.

4. User subscriptions

Subscription to newsletters or updates is optional.

You agree that:

  • Information you provide is accurate

  • You may unsubscribe at any time

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions that misuse the Service.

  • Audio recordings

  • Video recordings

  • Logos

  • Text and graphics

is the intellectual property of LegalMatters or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without prior written consent, except for lawful personal use.

The Service may link to or embed third-party platforms (e.g. YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts).
We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those platforms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness or availability

  • We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the Service

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

The courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
